Tickets for the 2019 editions of the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 are already up for sale. The Supercars Championship offers a variety of options and packages for the big event of the calendar.
Starting at AU$ 105.00 for the race day only and going up to AU$ 140.00 for the four-day event, trackside tickets are some of the cheapest entrances available. Offering access to the whole outside area around the circuit, the tickets allow complete freedom around the race track, giving the possibility to watch the race from the most favorable spot. A Paddock pass is available for an additional AU$ 40.00.
The Paddock pass itself is available as a standalone item. At AU$ 40.00, the pass allows access into the Paddock area over the course of the whole four-day event. Fans may walk around the garages, watch the pit crew members at work behind the scenes, check out the transporters and trailers and interact with the drivers. Entrance into the event itself, however, won’t be allowed. For an additional AU$ 100.00, it’s possible to buy a Supercars Membership. That includes free access to the Paddock, a walk at the pit lane, a 30-minute early entry into the area and a member card with a lanyard for identification. It’s possible to acquire a Paddock pass at the event itself for AU$ 45.00.
The Grandstands are another alternative to watch the action. There is five of them, located along the main straight, at the exit of Murray’s Corner and near Hell’s Corner.
Grandstand 12, located at the exit of Hell’s Corner, is the only fully covered section. It allows a great view of the start heading into the Mountain as well as the pit exit.
Grandstand 1 sits at Murray’s Corner, the iconic last turn of the racetrack. Grandstand 7 is located at the entrance to the main straight, allowing a good view of the pit lane action and the podium, as well as the start-finish line.
Grandstand 8 allows a good view from the front straight and sits directly across the big screen. It’s only partially covered.
Grandstand 10 is located at the end of the front straight heading into Turn 1. It’s also the largest Grandstand.
Tickets for Grandstands 12 and 8 are at AU$ 320.00 for the whole four-day event, while the other three sections are available for AU$ 305.00. An additional Paddock pass is available for its regular price.
Eight different camping spots are also on offer. Starting at AU$ 250.00 for the Max Cameron Campground, prices go up to AU$ 683.00 for the Motorhome Campground. It’s worth noticing, however, that only three spots still have sites available: the all-new Orchard Campground, the Enduro Campground and section D of the Chase Campground, with prices ranging from AU$ 280.00 to AU$ 632.00.
Parking is available for AU$ 77.00. Kids 12 and under are allowed for free if accompanied by a paying adult.
